"The contraflow traffic organisation will be signposted with a T-22 sign added to B1 (No Traffic), B2 (No Entry) and D3 (One-Way Traffic) signs," says ZDIUM's Spokesperson Ewa Mazur. New signs will be put in place in the Old Town, in the area enclosed by the following streets: Szewska, Grodzka, Piaskowa, św. Katarzyny, bł. Czesława and Kazimierza Wielkiego.
The new traffic organisation allows cyclists to ride toward traffic without using a special contraflow bicycle lane. Cyclists will be able to enter streets with No Entry signs with the exclusion of bicycles.
Similar sings will be put in place in ul Mennicza.
