TheWroclawAirportranked in the Top 10 of European airports in terms of flight network growth. This means that it belongs to a prestigious group alongside airports such asAntalya,Moscow,Berlinor Paris (Charles de Gaulle).
‘The last two years were for us a period of intense work on the development of our flight network. At that time, new destinations and new routes debuted inWroclaw. We have enriched the offer of network carriers with flights toBrussels, Paris CDG,ZurichandStuttgart. We also keep developing a network of low-cost flights,’ explains Dariusz Kuś, President of theWroclawAirport.
The ranking includes airports that have developed their flight network on the largest scale and attracted new airlines during the last year (the current offer from May till September 2018 was compared with the offer in the same period of the preceding year). During this period, the network of the Wroclawairport has been extended with 21 destinations served by international, low-cost and charter network airlines. Thanks to these developments, it ranked 7th inEurope in the above list.
The current network of flights fromWroclawhas 85 connections. Among them there are flights offered by prestigious airlines such as Swiss, Air France and – since October – Brussels Airlines.
