Diving in the Adriatic Sea and sunbathing in the Italian style, or exploring the impressive sights and strolling along the famous Vitosh Boulevard? Already in March, first travellers from the Wrocław Airport will fly to Brindisi, a resort located on the “heel” of the famous Italian boot, and to Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
The announcement of the first new destinations in the summer schedule is a great prelude to the next season. Southern Europe is of great interest to passengers and new destinations to Italy or Bulgaria will only strengthen our offering in this sector. I hope that this will be an excellent motivation for travellers to plan not only their holidays, but also their city breaks to the new and still undiscovered destinations in Europe,” says Dariusz Kuś, CEO of the Wrocław Airport.
Flights to Brindisi from the Wrocław Airport. When to fly and what is worth seeing on site?
The seaside town of Brindisi, located in the Puglia region, will join the long list of Italian destinations offered from at the Wrocław Airport. The first planes to Brindisi will take off on March 28, with flights scheduled twice a week: on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Departure will be possible in the morning, as will return flights. The travel will take 2 hours and 10 minutes.
The first flights to Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, will depart as early as on 27 March 2023
The second new offer in the summer schedule is Sofia, the Bulgarian capital. The first flights are scheduled for March 27; the connection is planned twice a week: on Mondays and Fridays. The flight will last 2 hours and 5 minutes, and the carrier has already made the tickets available for booking in its system.
Sofia is Bulgaria’s largest city, known, among other things, for its majestic monuments. The Cathedral of St Alexander Nevsky with its golden domes and neo-Byzantine interior is the city’s symbol.
