The website bez-kolejki.um.wroc.pl allows inhabitants to book a visit to the office without waiting in a queue. They can choose the matter and the date and time of processing the application in a simple way. The simplified booking form will guide the customer step by step to arrange a meeting with a clerk within a few minutes.
The implementation of the system also allows the city to improve the management of service processes, including the management of ticket vending machines. In addition, the new system makes it possible to communicate messages on screens installed in service centres.
The integrated queue system is aimed at handling matters of Wroclaw inhabitants concerning drivers’ rights, vehicle and residence registration, identity cards, business activity, taxes and fees, architecture and the building industry.
The system is available in three languages: Polish, English and Ukrainian.
Also for the disabled
The new system has also been adapted to the needs of disabled persons in accordance with standards and guidelines of WCAG 2.1. Modern ticket vending machines will make service more convenient for the visually impaired, the deaf and persons using a wheelchair. Service can also be provided in English and Ukrainian due to the option of changing the content displayed on ticket vending machines, tickets with a number and voice messages.
Since 14th December 2020, the system has encompassed Inhabitant Service Centres and the Taxpayer Service Centre in the following locations:
- Zapolskiej 4,
- Nowy Targ 1-8,
- Kotlarska 41.
The system will be ultimately implemented in all service centres of the City Office; all visits booked in the previous booking system will remain valid, too.
