Wroclaw is the third airport in Poland after Warsaw and Katowice from which passengers can travel to Kenya.
‘It is another step that expands our activity in Wroclaw. The number of passengers flying from the Wroclaw airport totalled almost 20,000 last season, and we are expecting more than 30,000 this year. We are increasing the number of charters to Turkey, Egypt, Greece, or Tunisia, which is very popular during this season,’ enumerates Maciej Szczechura, a member of the Management Board of Rainbow Tours SA. ‘However, we realise that Poles are waiting for exotic destinations. In Wroclaw, we are starting with Kenya, but I hope we can announce further connections soon,’ he adds.
Kenya is one of the most popular African countries among travellers. They are attracted mainly by its unique nature.
In the Lake Nakuru National Park, they can see hundreds of pink flamingos.
In the Masai Mara National Reserve, where one of the world’s most beautiful phenomena – the Great Migration – takes place, there is an opportunity to watch giraffes, elephants, zebras, lions, cheetahs, antelopes or gazelles.
Those who love resting on the beach can spend their time at the white coast of the Indian Ocean with one of the world’s most beautiful coral reefs.
