From Wroclaw to Warsaw 9 times a day

Passengers will be able to choose from 9 different flights from Wroclaw to Warsaw every day in the winter season 2014. Two thousand customers will be served every day.

At the end of October, when the winter timetable takes effect, customers of the Wroclaw Airport will be offered 9 and 8 flights to Warsaw on working days and at weekends, respectively. The flights will be provided by three airways. PLL LOT and Eurolot planes will be flying to Warsaw's Chopin Airport

while Ryanair flights will be landing to the Modlin Airport, which is just 40 km away from the city centre.

One ticket to return

The Wroclaw Airport offers new flights provided by Eurolot. The first Eurolot plane to Warsaw is expected to depart on 27 October at 7.30 am. Flights at this hour will depart 5 times a week on working days: from Monday to Friday.

Return flights to Wroclaw will depart from Warsaw will depart at different hours, depending on the day. They will depart at 9.00 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at 6.40 pm on Tuesdays, and at 7 pm on Thursdays. The fact that Eurolot and PLL LOT have signed a "code share" agreement should be convenient to passengers as well. Once you have bought your ticket, you can plan your return journey both with Eurolot or PLL LOT and choose the hour that suits you best. This means more comfort and more time for passengers.

Fast and cheap

As the Wroclaw-Warsaw-Modlin connection has turned out a huge success, Ryanair has made a decision to launch yet another flight to complement it. At the moment, you can fly to Warsaw-Modlin in the afternoon, but at the end of October, passengers will be also offered flights at 6.50 am.

"Ryanair is striving to complement the offer of traditional carriers, and our diverse offer will help passengers to choose days and hours that suit them best," says Dariusz Kuś. "It is much more comfortable to fly than to travel by train. It is also faster and cheaper than travelling by car or by train."

Passengers at the Wroclaw Airport are now increasingly likely to choose planes instead of a train, coach or car. E.g. in August 2014, the number of passengers on-board planes to other Polish cities grew by 62% when compared with August 2013.
