Tasty cinema at DH Renoma [PROGRAMME]

First two screenings will be presenting films from the fifth edition of the Kuchnia + Food Film Festival.

The screening on 2 August will feature "Red Obsession", a film about wine and more. Most of all, the film elucidates the cultural differences between Asia and Europe.

The screening on 9 August will reveal the ingredients of the most secret recipe in the world: "What Conceals in Coca-Cola?".

The screening on 16 August will offer something for vintage lovers. We will travel back in time with"Let's Live it Up. The History of Polish Design". The film presents the development of Polish design and the objects that have grown to be its symbols throughout the 20th and 21st centuries.

On 23 August, "The Bitter Taste of Chocolate" will show the grim reality of cocoa plantations in Ivory Coast. The sweetness of chocolate, which we all love so much. mingles with the bitterness of human trafficking and illegal child labour.

This year's edition of the Summer Cinema will be concluded on 30 August with "Nature, Women and Wine". The film tells a story of four women who share in a passion for creating wine. They will tell more about their wineries, everyday life and hard work not to go under in the industry dominated by men.

Each screening can accommodate up to 350 people. All films will be screened in Polish and the audience will be able to enjoy them in comfortable DOMO + deckchairs at the roof of the Renoma building that commands an impressive view on Wroclaw. If the weather is bad, the screenings will be moved to a restaurant located on the third floor of the building. Admission is free.
