5,240 pupils are leaving Wroclaw primary schools this year. There are almost 7,000 places awaiting them in general and technical secondary schools and vocational schools. Now it is time for them to confirm their will to attend schools for which they have qualified. The full results of the first recruitment will be known on 2nd August. Then the supplementary recruitment will start.
Pupils should confirm their will to attend schools in which they have enrolled by 30th July. Every year a few thousand persons give up this possibility – over 630 pupils did this last year.
Further stages – dates
- Pupils who have enrolled in a certain school should confirm their will to attend them by submitting original documents to the school not later than by 30th July (3:00 p.m.).
- Failure to submit such documents will mean releasing the place in the school for further pupils.
- Pupils qualified for technical secondary schools and vocational schools can obtain referrals to medical examinations at the school until 26th July.
- The Board of Education and schools will publish information about the number of available places by 3rd August; on the same day, the supplementary recruitment will begin. The number of available places will also be published on the recruitment website.
- Pupils may submit applications to schools where places will become available after the 1st recruitment by 5th August.
- On 16th August, recruitment boards will publish lists of candidates qualified in the supplementary recruitment.
