The 4. Nordic Walking Rally takes place on Saturday in Wałbrzych, and the participants will have to cover a 7 km route: Książ Hippodrome - Bolko Yew - Pełcznica Gorge - the Old Castle - the Hipodromme.

Yet another edition of the modelling and construction course kicks off on 14. March. It is open for both tailoring beginners, as well as those with some experience. All those who want to spend their time creatively, and learn the secrets of tailoring at the same time, are welcome to the course. It will be the perfect opportunity to learn the necessary tailoring techniques, how to operate a sewing machine, or how to use a delineator. At the class you will learn how to independently construct and model basic forms of women's clothing. An important advantage of the meetings is that the work is done in small groups, up to 4 people. We provide sewing and overlock machines, dress forms, additional materials. Extra lessons can also be purchased, to make a skirt, trousers or blouse for oneself. CASES OF DOCTOR BONIFACY TRĄBKA / performance for children

The performance, based on a book by Anna Rumianek, is the attempt to familiarize children with a visit to the doctor's office. Together with the cuckoo, the owl from registration desk, dog Burek, the hedgehog and other animals, children visit various types of consulting rooms. For example, a treatment room, where you can dress an injured leg, an ECG room, where children go together with the frightened mouse to see what the heart exam looks like, a laryngologist, who will examine the cuckoo's hearing, an X-ray room or an USG room, run by two hamsters.

Prometheus - acrobatic and dance performance

The performance's core isthe conflict between Prometheus and Zeus. Here, Prometheus is the representative of humanism, secularism, development and learning, while Zeus symbolizes the dogmatic faith, indiscriminate cultivation of traditions and blind, mindless obedience. The performance is based on movement, but is not strictly a dance performance or pantomime. As the main means of expression artists use the broadly understood stage movement, dance, acrobatics and circus equilibristics.

Witold Gombrowicz's Ferdydurke is a great satire on the education system and Polish intelligentsia of the 1930's. After more than seventy years since the first edition, the work has lost none of its topicality. The performance revolves around one of the fundamental issues of Ferdydurke - the problem of Form. Its additional advantage are the dolls; they perfectly illustrate the process of creating the stereotypical clichés that hinder everyday communication.

A heavy metal concert. INDESPAIR (Wroclaw) Thrash-Melodeath - the band was formed in 2003. In the past few years, it has played dozens of concerts in various cities, as well as four visits to the record studios. The result of one of the sessions is a professionally début album, "Time to Wake Up," recorded at the ZED studio and released at their own expense in August 2012. INVERTED MIND (Kraków) Stoner-Sludge - was created in mid-2011 by Jan "Słoma" Słomski, the present guitarist and vocalist.
