After dusk, special cones and cylinder are illuminated at the Pergola. They display a full range of colours – from green, red, violet, orange, lilac, blue to yellow. The winter fountain can be admired both by strollers and ice skaters on the ice rink near the Centennial Hall. The winter at the Pergola is colourful, indeed.
On Sunday, all ice skaters on the Pergola ice rink will be accompanied by a special guest – HI FIVE, the official mascot of Men’s European Handball Championship! Everybody will have an opportunity to take a photo with the guest against the background of the Winter Fountain near the Centennial Hall.
The mascot will also a reminder of CHRISTMAS CUP – a men’s handball tournament that will be held in the Centennial Hall with the participation of national teams of Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic and Iran on 28th and 29th December this year. Tickets are available for purchase via e-bilet.pl.
The ice rink at the Pergola is open every day from 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.; on holidays, it functions according to a separate schedule. Maintenance breaks aimed at cleaning the ice rink are scheduled from 3:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. One full-price ticket costs 8 PLN, one reduced-price ticket costs 5 PLN and one group ticket costs 4 PLN. In addition, you can borrow ice skates and a helmet for children against a security deposit near the ice rink.
