12,5 million zlotys is a starting price of a former clinic on Poniatowskiego street in Wroclaw. On the plot in Śródmieście there are, among other things, a hospital covering the area of 5805 square meters and outpatient clinic covering the area of 448,40 square meters. The properties are situated on a plot covering the area of 1,2 acres.
Tenders
The first tender was organized in September 2009. Then the building was singed into a register of Provincial Conservation Officer. Since then Medical University has tried to sell the building twelve more times. Unfortunately, it did not work. Initially the post-hospital complex was valued for 38 million zlotys. Now the school asks for 12,5 million zlotys. The building is still not included into the municipal area development plan.

The history of the building
The oldest building of the hospital was built as a head office of a foundation called Wroclaw Homeland Women Society (Wrocławski Ojczyźniany Związek Kobiet). It was built in the period of 1885-1887. The hospital is decorated in neo-Gothic style. In 1900 a laboratory was added to the complex. In the period of 1929-1930 a new building of the hospital with a splendid drive was built and the old part was rebuilt. The property includes a park which used to serve the patients' convalescence. In 2007 the clinics were moved from a historic building to a building on Borowska street. Since then the building has been waiting for a new owner and has been falling into ruin. A security company guards the safety of the building.
