The venues that have decided to join the initiative are listed on the following website: www.dolnyslasktaniej.pl. "Around 60 venues have already signed in, and new applications arrive every day. I'm estimating that around a hundred of different places will take part," says Marta Zawiła-Piłat from the Lower Silesia Tourist Organisation, which organises the initiative. "You can find out more about new participants on our website or Facebook page. The list has been divided into three major categories: tourist attractions, accommodation, dining. The first contains museums, tourist trails, castles, amusement parks as well as aqua parks and spas. The Stara Kopalnia Science and Arts Centre from Wałbrzych is a completely new attraction on our list," says Marta Zawiła-Piłat.
Tourists are offered an opportunity to sleep in well-known hotels and B&Bs as well as palaces and tourist resorts. However, some of the Wroclaw hotels have also decided to cut their prices by 50%. Restaurants, pubs and cafés will also have their prices slashed for the occasion. "A lot of people, that is, 12 thousand customers, joined the initiative last year," says Marta Zawiła-Piłat.
