Because of the coronavirus pandemic, a limited number of persons is allowed to stay in the Inhabitant Service Centres of the City Office. Others wait for their turn outside. In order to improve the comfort of waiting in the autumn-winter period, the city decided to put up heated tents in front of certain offices.
Please note that the number of customers staying inside the Inhabitant Service Centres at the same time cannot exceed the number of open counters. Only persons without diagnosed fever will be let in.
Each of these tents is 150 sq.m. in area. They are illuminated and covered with pictograms reminding inhabitants to comply with sanitary requirements, including wearing a mask. Every person going inside is required to use disinfection agents placed beside the entrance.
Tents are open during the office hours of the Inhabitant Service Centre, i.e., from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 3:15 p.m.
