‘Why should we restrict our feelings only to the other person on Valentine’s Day? After all, we can share our love towards our city – Wroclaw – on that special magic day,’ says Edyta Grabowska, President of the TuRazem (“HereTogether”) Social Activity Association, which organises a special happening together with the Kocham Wrocław (WrocLove) website for the second time.
What will happen?
A unique Valentine heart of people will be created. Last year a heart was built of over 200 people. The organisers believe that this year’s event will attract an even larger group of lovers of Wroclaw. This will certainly be easier with new attractions, such as a real balloon basket decorated with hundreds of red balloons and the fact that the heart will burn!
’We encourage you to bring your own torches, bicycle lamps or telephones,’ says one of the organisers. ‘Upon the animator’s sign, our heart will burn in the very heart of Wroclaw.’
The view will be recorded on a photograph and a drone video made by Flying Eye. These media will be later available on the organisers’ Facebook profiles.
The burning heart will be the conclusion of the #kochamWrocław (WrocLove) campaign, which is an unusual opportunity to notice the things, place and people that fascinate us about Wroclaw.
