Świdnickie Underpass under renovation
The renovation of the Świdnickie Underpass began in mid-January. When the work comes to an end, both local residents and tourists will be able to cross ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego both on the ground and underground. The underpass will be narrowed down to just four metres in width to make room for an art gallery. A double tram stop will be put on above the underpass. A lift for disabled persons will also be installed. The work is expected to be completed by December 2015. The overall cost of the renovation is estimated at 13 million PLN.
