Open Day, 10:00 a.m. [LIST OF ATTRACTIONS] • learning to drive a tram (e.g., SKODA 19 T), • a ride by historic tram (TMW) to the Dąbie tram depot - “Juliusz<>'<< club of MPK Wroclaw, • the stand of the Wroclaw Hospice for Children (collection of bottle caps, volunteers>>'<< rides by historic vehicles), • the stand of the association responsible for registration of bone marrow donors, • the stand of the Anima Culture Club (plastic and ceramic workshops, dance shows), • the stand of the Wrocławska Komunikacja website, • the stand of the Association of Railway Hobbyists (presentation of railway memorabilia), • the stand of Humanitarium, • the stand of Aquapark, • the stand of the Passenger Service Office of MPK, • the stand of the KK Ślęza basketball club, • the stand of Doctor Bike and the Wroclaw Cycling Initiative (repair your bike for free), • numerous contests with prizes, • special guests: police, city guard, rescuers with dogs. Wroclaw inhabitants and tourists can visit the historic depot at ul. Wróblewskiego for the entire week. Guides will be available to visitors on the spot during indicated hours.

Apart from these attractions, as a part of the celebration of the Week of Sustainable Transport, cyclists from the Wroclaw Cycling Initiative are preparing their action at ul. Świdnicka on the 21st of September. On the 20th of September, you can participate in a cycle of lectures on public transport issues (Building B-4, Hall A). See a list of topics.
The most eagerly anticipated moment – the Day without a Car – occurs in Wroclaw on Monday the 22nd of September this year; on that day, we can travel free of charge in all buses and trams within the city limits, on inter-commune routes and in local trains operated by Koleje Dolnośląskie and Przewozy Regionalne (within Wroclaw).jk
