Wrocław is the first city in Poland to offer phone charging service to passengers waiting in a bus stop shelter. The charging stations were created as a part of a campaign by Fortum energy company, developed by Tequila Polska agency. Owing to a special device installed in the bus shelter, charging is available 24/7. And the best part is that the service is absolutely free. Just plug your charger to one of three USB sockets in the charging device. One of them is dedicated to iPhone-type devices. This is the first service of that type in Poland.

Fortum is a Finnish energy company. According to their advertising campaign, "Charge your batteries with Fortum", the company shares energy with the residents of Wrocław. Charging service will be available until September 15th at 11 selected bus stops in Wrocław:

1. Grabiszyńska/Zaporoska 2. Grabiszyńska/Klecińska 3. Kamienna/Łódzka 4. Kamienna/Ślężna 5. Krucza/Gajowicka 6. Lotnicza/Metalowców 7. Piastowska/Sienkiewicza 8. Pilczycka/Górnicza 9. Ślężna/Sanocka 10. Wróblewskiego/Kopernika 11. Zaporoska/Grabiszyńska

The campaign was initiated by Tequila company, and coordinated and carried out by AMS.
