SIS
The objective of the Spatial Information System of Wrocław is to acquire, process and present data on spatial information and accompanying descriptive information about the objects in our city.
E-PUAP
The Municipal Office of Wrocław accepts forms submitted via the ePUAP platform, i.e. the Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services. Putting an electronic signature or signing a form using the trusted profile is the basis for conducting administrative proceedings.

Wrocław housing cooperatives
Cooperatives or self-made buildings are bottom-up initiatives implemented not by developers but by future residents. This is a group of people who want to build a multi-family building together and live in it.
City in Shape
It is Wrocław’s programme for health promotion and education. Its main goal is to shape healthy attitudes among the local community.
Parking space occupancy detection system for buses and disabled people
The programme is being implemented after 8-month pilot the results of which were extremely promising. It is co-created by the municipal office, city tourist guides and private companies.
The occupancy system verifies whether the parking space is occupied or not. It is done by detecting changes in the earth's natural magnetic field disturbed by vehicles approaching the detector. Information from the installed sensors is transmitted to the base stations and then to the application. The communication uses LoRaWAN wireless data transmission networks. The basic function of the system is to facilitate and reduce the time of travel to the nearest car park, reduce movement of vehicles looking for free parking spaces and reduce exhaust emissions.

Wrocław Centre of Support for Non-Governmental Organisations SECTOR 3
The project supports the establishment/development of NGOs and social initiatives from Wrocław. Training, consulting and information activities are carried out, and premises and equipment resources are made available.

The most important task of the Centre is to obtain information about the offer of companies, institutions, organisations for seniors in the city, and to provide this information in an accessible form to the oldest residents of our city. A tool for intelligent management of the water supply network which collects data from sensors located in the city.
KAWKA
The programme helps replace the coal furnace and boiler room with ecological heating. The city of Wrocław pays 70% of such an investment. The goal of the programme is to counteract low emissions (harmful particulate matter and gases).
Low-Carbon Economy Plan
A strategic document that gathers nine areas of the economy for which it is necessary to adopt solutions which allow reducing energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution, and increasing the use of renewable energy sources.

Wrocław CityLab projects
The purpose of the CityLab programme is to create areas in the city space in which entrepreneurs, startups, scientists and consortia of these entities will be able to test original, unique and unprecedented solutions in public space. Examples of pilot projects being currently implemented.
ZOO – sensors in terrariums and incubators for animals
(to measure humidity, temperature, movement, water quality and other parameters necessary to ensure living conditions which are optimal/closest to the natural environment). A platform/application has been created for employees – on-line monitoring – real-time data on whether the animals have appropriate conditions.
Intelligent dustbins – signalling fullness
Sensors are installed in the waste containers, sending a signal to the application and the website about their fullness at 25%, 50% and 75%, and signalling vandalism. The goal is to optimise the routes of vehicles collecting waste.
