The new multiplex having eight rooms with over 1,300 seats is to be the most modern cinema in the region. Spectators will watch films in 4K image resolution (picture will be saturated with sound) and sound will be heard in Dolby Atmos quality (64 independent soundtracks sent to loudspeakers. Thanks to additional soundtracks, sound not only surrounds the spectator, but moves along with the picture, helping to locate sound effects in the three-dimensional space of the cinema auditorium. Another technology used in the cinema is DepthQ., which will help to display a 3D picture with highest precision.

The opening weekend is going to be full of attractions – film games and contests with prizes. You can win, for example, a cinema block ticket valid for 15 shows during the year. The Helios Cinema in Aleja Bielany intends to encourage spectators to see a repertoire full of premiere films. However, apart from the regular repertoire, spectators can also take part in special film shows: Women's Cinema, Night Film Marathons, Thematic Cine and Cinem Mornings with Scooby-Doo! Every Thurdsay, under the Available Culture project, the spectators can see Polish films at a special price – tickets for these shows will cost only 10 PLN. The network offers price discounts such as Cheap Tuesdays, during which tickets for all Tuesday film shows will be available at attractive prices, or attractive discounts under the Large Family Card Program.
Contests and guests
On the occasion of its opening, the cinema has prepared many attractions for the youngest spectators – the new cinema will be decorated with mascots of Shrek, Fiona, Tiger and Scooby-Doo. Children can also engage in mega brick games with Bob the Builder, face painting, balloon modelling lessons, a mega jenga event and a game with Angry Birds and an obstacle course with Scooby-Doo! Other attractions include a world championship with Shrek, a bowling tournament, fairy-tale puns, a music contest and a knowledge tournament with a wheel of fortune. Celebrities and actors will also be present – this will be an opportunity to meet the whole cast of Rodzinka.pl, Magda Gessler, Michel Moran, Dawid Kwiatkowski and winners of The Voice of Poland.
On the cinema premises, coffee, extruded juices, desserts, cakes and ice cream will be served in Helios Café. The offer of cinema bars will include salty and caramel popcorn and various snacks.
