In Wroclaw, there is one out of 8 divisions of Sii, which employs more than 2,000 engineers in Poland at the moment. The company carries out projects for leading enterprises from banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, hi-tech, power engineering and industry sectors. A large part of the company's business consists of IT projects for customers acquired abroad, mainly in the USA and Canada. Engineers from Sii work on the development of a satellite transportation system, a mobile heart monitoring system, an application for the Wroclaw Zoo, etc.
In 2015, the Wroclaw division of Sii was expanded with 100 persons. The dynamic development of the company and the acquisition of new projects make it necessary to employ new people. ‘We are looking for Developers and Team Leads who will carry out innovative projects, including greenfield projects, with us. We particularly want to employ persons with a few years of experience in projects with the use of JEE, Spring, JSP, JPA, Hibernate, Ajax, JNDI, JMI, Web Services. We normally work in an international environment, so the command of English will be an important asset, too,’ says Józef Orzeszyna, Recruitment&HR Manager in Sii Wroclaw.

The office of the Wroclaw division of Sii is located on the 24th and 25th floor of Sky Tower. The company is this year’s winner of the titles “Great Place to Work” and “Best IT Employer in Poland”. Sii is known for supporting its employees in the pursuit of their various hobbies. Within the company, there are clubs and groups aimed at attracting people with similar hobbies. They include, among others, football, motorcycle and cycling fans or enthusiasts of latest technologies who talk about innovations in the IT industry on evenings. The company also helps employees to develop their individual – often peculiar – hobbies, e.g. by supporting their participation in rallies.
