The new high rise building, to be developed at the intersection of Plac Grunwaldzki and Wybrzeże Wyspiańskiego will offer 168 new apartments. They will be micro apartments ranging from 13 to 30 sqm in size, and they will be fitted out and furnished on completion. A number of customers who bought the apartments have chosen the solution.
Each apartment has a bath and a kitchen annex. Additionally, the apartment block will contain a fitness studio, restaurant, bar, electric car hire and underground car park. The top floor will provide a leafy terrace for the residents. Dariusz Wilczewski, President of Dolnośląskie Inwestycje SA, emphasises that it is only a matter of time when the second stage of the investment, i.e. the construction of the new block, is going to start.

The first STARTER is located in a converted hotel for PhD candidates. The apartments sold like hot cakes. We have customers who have bought more than just one apartment. Over 70% of the apartments have been bought for rent purposes.
Mr Wilczewski expects that the new micro apartment block will also soon attract new owners. Sales started in November, and by now ca. 30% of the apartments have been either reserved or bought. The construction of STARTER II is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2015, and the completion is set for autumn 2016.
