The recruitment process, which is carried out by Manpower, has already started and will come to a conclusion in October. Successful candidates will be offered flexible contracts as order delivery specialists. They will be working in two Amazon locations in Poland, in Bielany Wroclawskie and Sady near Poznan.
"This is a great opportunity to win a permanent contract, since after 6 months the best workers will be offered jobs by our client," says Manpower's Operational Director Tomasz Walenczak.
The employer provides transport to work and lunch free of charge. The Wroclaw centre offers 12.5 PLN gross per hour. Salaries are supplemented by 15% bonuses. Successful candidates will be responsible for performing basic processes in the centre such as distributing, packaging and labelling products. They will be working 10.5 hours a day, with a one-hour break, four days a week.

The recruitment process is carried out online. The process is open to all interested candidates, and they can make their applications online at www.manpower.pl/amazon, where they are asked to fill in an application form by adding their personal details and answering the provided questions. Those who complete this stage successfully will qualify for a telephone conversation which is aimed at checking their soft skills and former professional experience.
