The COVID-19 vaccination of persons from Group 0 is going on. On 15th January, registration started for Group 1 – first for oldest seniors. Then the queue will be opened to the rest of adult citizens. Even today we must be sure whether to join it. You expect health safety for yourself, your family and friends? You want to go back to work, physical activity, entertainment and the cultural life of the city? This is feasible, because Wroclaw is becoming vaccinated (#WrocławSięSzczepi)!

Vaccinations are voluntary. This is the individual decision of each of us. It is important that this decision be responsible in the situation when our choices and actions actually affect others, just as others can either make our life better or cause some mess in it.

Vaccinations are free, available to all adults and administered in two doses, and they will be carried out in:

  • outpatient clinics (primary care physician clinics) and with doctors running private medical practice entered into the list of vaccination points;
  • hospitals and reserve hospitals;
  • other stationary medical facilities (e.g., Ambulatory Specialist Care).

Vaccinations are divided into stages:

Stage 0:

Employees of the health care sector (medical personnel, employees of the Social Care Centre [DPS]and the Municipal Social Welfare Centre [MOPS] and auxiliary and administrative personnel in medical facilities, including sanitary & epidemiological stations); parents of premature babies.

Stage 1:

Residents and employees of social care centres, care and treatment facilities, nursing and care facilities and other places of stationary stay; people over 60 years of age; uniformed services, including territorial defence forces.

Stage 2:

Key professional groups: employees of the education sector, employees of critical infrastructure and public transport sectors, civil servants directly engaged in fighting the epidemic (e.g., employees of epidemiological & sanitary stations); persons under 60 years of age suffering from chronic diseases that increase the risk of severe COVID-19.

Stage 3:

entrepreneurs and employees of sectors closed under the regulations on the establishment of specific restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the occurrence of the epidemic; general vaccination of the rest of the adult population.

Register for vaccination – you will receive an e-mail when your group starts.

From 15th January, you can report your will to become vaccinated against COVID-19 via online form. This may be done by persons aged between 18 and 69. When vaccinations are available to them, they will be notified by e-mail.

Important! Reporting the will to become vaccinated via online form is not registration for vaccination. Registration will be possible when dates of vaccination are announced for your group and you receive an e-referral.

How to register:

  • Fill in the simple form (state your full name, PESEL number, e-mail, postcode and, optionally, telephone number).
  • A message with a request for confirmation of your registration will be sent to the e-mail address you stated in the form.
  • Enter your mailbox and clink the link – your form will be approved and entered into the system.
  • When registration for vaccinations for your group starts, you will receive an e-mail with information that an e-referral has been issued to you.
  • From that moment, you can register for a specific date.
