The e-recruitment process will take place on https://rekrutacje.edu.wroclaw.pl/
- The e-recruitment system for kindergartens will be started on 24th March 2021 from 12:00 p.m.
- The number of places available for recruitment in particular kindergartens/units will be known when parents confirm their will of continuation for the school year 2021–2022, i.e., after 15th March.
- In connection with the growing needs of inhabitants, 1,830 new places were established in public kindergartens in 2020. In 2021, over 1,000 new places should be created. They will be made available in the 3rd quarter.
The most important thing is not to miss the deadline for filling in the application in the e-recruitment system and to submit it to the kindergarten/unit of your first choice. Parents of future preschoolers may do this not later than by 31st March, whereas parents of candidates for 1st classes in primary schools may submit the application by 20th May.
Kindergartens and kindergarten units in primary schools
The e-recruitment to kindergartens encompasses children born in the years 2015–2018 and living in Wroclaw whose parents apply for their admission to a kindergarten for the first time or want to transfer them to another kindergarten/unit. The number of places for each age group is determined by headmasters of kindergartens.
- Children born in 2015 may be recruited to a kindergarten unit (the “0” class) in a primary school.
- Parents may apply for the admission of their child to a public or non-public kindergarten.
In the e-recruitment system: rekrutacje.edu.wroclaw.pl,, they will find an offer of public kindergartens/units run by the Wroclaw city and kindergartens/units run by foundations, associations, companies and natural persons. The fee for the child’s attendance in public kindergartens/units run by other entities is the same as in kindergartens run by the Wroclaw city.
Recruiment to non-public kindergartens/units run by other entities takes place outside the electronic system according to the rules adopted by the kindergarten/unit concerned.
From 24th to 31st March, parents should submit to the e-recruitment system an application that they will sign by electronic means (by means of a trusted profile) or print and deliver with attachments to the kindergarten/unit of their first choice. In the case of each candidate, three kindergartens have to be selected. A parent fills the list of kindergartens/units according to his/her preferences, starting with the kindergarten/unit of his/her first choice. If the candidate does not have enough points, he/she may still be admitted to the kindergarten/unit of the 2nd or 3rd choice.
‘This year it will be possible for the first time to complete the entire process online. The only thing you need to do is to sign your application entered in the e-system with a trusted profile. Therefore, we encourage all parents to set up such a profile – this can be done by 24th March. It is a very convenient solution and an extra argument for this method of recruitment during the pandemic. To make it even easier to choose three kindergartens in the recruitment process, the map of Wroclaw has been made available with kindergartens/units that will be available in the e-system. On the map, you can see public kindergartens run by the city and other entities and “0” classes in primary schools.

The order of registration and the method of submitting the application are not important. The only criterion that counts is the number of points gathered by the candidate.
New communal kindergartens in the school year 2021–2022:
- new building of the 8-unit kindergarten with 200 places at ul. Dębicka 31;
- new building of the 6-unit kindergarten with 150 places at ul. Osobowicka 127.

- Wrocławskie Skauty V [Wroclaw Scouts V] Public Kindergarten, ul. Błotna 18 – 125 places,
- Leśne Zuchy [Forest Squirts] Public Kindergarten, ul. Swojczycka 69 – 150 places,
- Marchewkowe Pole [Carrot Field] Public Kindergarten, ul. Rezedowa 80 – 250 places.
