Actions in relation to the coronavirus in Wroclaw [REPORT OF MARCH 27]

Actions, answers to questions:

The city guard during the epidemic

• They have unblocked hospital gateway 239 times;
• They have helped 293 people from the at-risk group;
• They have taken temperature of 7,300 people (employees of the Municipality and clients) in 14 facilities;
• They have distributed 5,290 information leaflets.

The City financed the purchase of specialized ambulances for the University Clinical Hospital and the military hospital. Each of them cost around 800,000 PLN.

The first week of the activity of Entrepreneur Support Centre

• 700 entities have contacted the centre. 
• - 116 applications for reliefs,
• - 193 email enquiries,
• - 430 phone calls were registered. 

MPK (municipal transport) adjusts timetables to existing needs.

• AQUAPARK tickets will be extended for as many days as the object is closed.
• The City has prepared 5,000 information leaflets in English and Ukrainian for the foreigners living in Wroclaw. 
• Students and lecturers of Akademia Wojsk Lądowych we Wrocławiu (Military University of Land Forces in Wroclaw) help seniors. During the epidemic young soldiers support a.o. war veterans.
• Japanese Garden will not be open on April 1.
• Residents of Swojczyce prepared a virtual walk around Swojczycki Park Czarnej Wody (Black Water Park in Swojczyce). It is available on www.wroclaw.pl
