EcoMarket (EkoBazar) is a new initiative that allows buying directly from farmers and sellers of certified organic foods: whole wheat or gluten-free bread, seasonal vegetables and fruits, juices, milk and organic specialties, pickles, health dairy products, organic meat, fish and meats, olive oil, honey, coffee and tea, pastries, delicious desserts and many more. On Saturday, September 17, an event is scheduled, "Baking proziaki on EkoBazar." This delicacy from the Podkarpacie region can be found at the stand EKO Kieltyk Bakery, where these fragrant rolls will be baked for the first half of the day (until approx. 12-1 pm).

International Tournament in Traditional Archery

October 15, Las Rędziński, 10 am - 5 pm, free admission for the public

The event aims to bring the still alive traditions and culture of the archery of Mongolia, Tibet, Korea and Turkey. The programme includes plenty of shooting: at distances from 40 to 145 meters, to the traditional Mongolian, Tibetan, Korean and Turkish aims. More information is available here.

6. Nordic Walking Championship of Wrocław

The participants will compete on the follwoing routes:

• Kindergarten: 400-500 m (no time measurement)
• Recreation: 4.3 km
• Profi 1: 15 km 50 m
• Profi 2: 6 km 450 m

There will be plenty of attractions not only for the contestants, but also the fans. The event will be an opportunity to broaden your knowledge on Nordic walking, check out the new trends in sports equipment, but will also be full of activities for children. OPENING- Special train trips to celebrate the 160 anniversary of the Wrocław-Poznan railway line

You can get to Oborniki Slaskie by two historic trains - from Wolsztyn, Rawicz and Leszno and Wrocław Main St. There, a newly open exhibition awaits, "Oborniki Śląskie na nowych torach" ("Oborniki Slaskie on new track"). The third train will take the residents of Oborniki Slaskie to Wrocław Main and back. The opening will be held J. Iwaszkiewicz Library, which is located on the premises of the railway station. An additional attraction prepared by the city of Oborniki Slaskie will be a welcome for the passengers from Wrocław by a brass band performance.

Tickets are available on board the train with the conductor, and in the Customer Service Office of the Lower Silesia Railways (Wrocław, Legnica).

Fashion & design fair Mustache Yard Sale vol. 21

The programme includes: exceptional fashion and applied art designers, food from local restaurants and food trucks, DJs playing the all-favourite pieces for two days, as well as countless attractions and positive energy. Horror Day - Lower Silesia Horror Festival

The third edition of the event will be entirely devoted to a broadly understood horror story, from the literary classics to class B horror films. During the festival you can see the exhibition of bloody mascots, buy a horror book or use the book crossing shelve and, sipping a cup of coffee, relax between the lectures at the cosy Dead Zone. And all this in one intensive day.

Bruno Schulz Festival

The festival creates seemingly incompatible events and combines them in a unique way - urban games, slams, happenings and concerts combined with meetings with author, discussions on literature, art and culture, as well as conferences and lessons for young people.

Exhibition: Do Wrocławia, do Wrocławia (To Wrocław!)

MWW Wroclaw Contemporary Museum, free admission

The exhibition is a Dresden revisit after the April presentation of students from E. Geppert Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts in the Gallery Oktogon in Dresden. It presents a wide panorama of the various artistic attitudes of Dresden and Wrocław. The show includes a variety of artistic works: painting, drawing, sculpture and video, installation and performance, as well as projects specifically dedicated to the space of the Wrocław Contemporary Museum. Ladakh - exhibition of photographs + meeting with traveller Tomasz Kryszczyński

Massive monasteries at an altitude of 4000 meters above sea level, the monks and nuns practising their religion in freedom, and the picturesque villages cut off from civilization - these images emerge from the photos of Tomasz Kryszczyński, whose works are available until the end of October in Wrocław's Klub Pod Kolumnami. The author will meet with enthusiasts of travelling an will share the story of his trip to the land of Ladakh, which he visited during the last trip. The exhibition runs until the end of October.

Evening associated with the Jewish Feast of Tabernacles

The programme includes: building a ritual hut, Jewish music and tasting of kosher cuisine. The event is organized in cooperation with the Society for Socio-Cultural Association of Jews in Poland.

Wrocław multimedia fountain - special shows

The fountain operates in the spring and autumn. The shows are organized every day, on the hour, with a music programme; after dark, the show is accompanied by coloured lights.

Mechanicy Shanty & EKT Gdynia in Stary Klasztor

Percival Schuttenbach in Stara Piwnica

The new wave of Polish Folk Metal is back with a new album "Vampire" and a promoting touring: STRZYGA - Black After Small River - TOUR. Percival Schuttenbach, Polish folk metal band, was established in Lublin in 1999. Their music is a Slavic folk metal with influences of folk-rock, progressive rock and even prog-metal. The band defines its music as "New Wave Heavy Polish folk".

"The Assimetrical Lady": Exhibition of works by Witkacy

Exceptional pastels, photographs, fragments of letters of Witkiewicz, as well as complementary lectures, performances and film screenings - the organizers have prepared a series of events accompanying the exhibition, in the form of lectures, performances and film screenings. The exhibition will run for almost three months - from 6 August to 30 October.

Masterpieces from Berlin at the Royal Palace

An exhibition presenting the collection of Joachim Wagener at the Royal Palace in Wroclaw is a special event, as the National Gallery in Berlin rarely leases its paintings abroad. However, Wroclaw will host as many as 67 works, selected from the entire collection. With this exhibition, the Polish audience will be able to see the nineteenth century European paintings, as demonstrated by a part of the collection considered one of the most important in the world for this period in art. Among the works presented in Wroclaw are paintings by, e.g.: Karl Friedrich Schinkel, Gustav Grunewald, Peter von Cornelius, Theodor Gudin, Domenico Quaglio, Givanni Migliar and many others. Find out more here

Volleyball match- Impel Wrocław - KSZO Ostrowiec

Impel Wrocław inaugurates the Orlen League. In the first match the team will face the KSZO Ostrowiec. There will be plenty of emotions in Hala Orbita. It will also be the first opportunity to see the full team of Impel Wrocław in the new season, with the Polish championship at stake. Admission to the game s free for schoolchildren in organized groups, with an adult guardian.

The Music Alphabet - a concert

The concert on the letters E and F will include the works of composers such as Elgar E., C. Franck, J. Eccard, G. Frescobaldi, J. Elsner and others, ass well as works starting with the letters E and F. Music terms starting with the letters, such as ensemble, falsetto, forte, will also be discussed. The performers are Cantores Minores Wratislavienses and Marta Niedźwiecka on the positive organ.

New Model Army in Stary Klasztor

New Model Army is a cult band, formed in 1980 in Bradford. They are the authors of songs like "Vagabonds," "51st State" and "Small Town England." A brand new album of the band, led by the charismatic lead singer Justin Sullivan, will be, as the members say, a well-thought out and perfected release, containing 13 of fresh, intense and emotional songs.
