Ticket prices change from 1st January 2021. Everyone who participates in Our Wroclaw and settles his income tax in Wroclaw will be entitled to buy season tickets for public transport at an unchanged price.
If you have an Urbancard/ Urbancard EP/ Urbancard Premium, you can register it in the Program via Our Wroclaw or the Our Wroclaw [Nasz Wrocław] app available for download in Play Store or App Store.
If you want to use the public transport ticket purchase option via mobile application, assign your phone number to your account in the Our Wroclaw program.

How to buy name season tickets at an unchanged price in the Our Wroclaw tariff?
Purchasing a ticket in a ticket vending machine
When you buy a ticket by means of a stationary vending machine, choose the DODAJ NOWY BILET (ADD NEW TICKET) option after the card readout – the following ticket types will appear on the screen:
- Name tickets
- Semester tickets
- Our Wroclaw tickets

Purchasing a ticket in a point of sale or a BOK Urbancard point
When buying a ticket in a point of sale or a BOK Urbancard point, tell the employee that you want to buy a name season ticket from the Our Wroclaw tariff.

When buying a ticket via mobile application, follow ordinary instructions. The list of all available tickets will be displayed on the screen.
