Actions in relation to the coronavirus in Wroclaw [REPORT OF MARCH 18.]

Reminder: on March 17. the „Wroclaw aid package” was introduced. Entrepreneurs can apply for:

• deferred payment (rental, real estate tax, lease of a ground);
• payment in instalments;
• write-off of interests;

The activities of the City:

• On Wednesday six nurseries were disinfected (rooms, beds, toys, carpets)
• Neighbourhood aid is organised by housing associations
• Season ticket return – the City decides not to require 20% handling fee, so it is free of charge
• Every passenger can temporarily suspend season ticket by sending email to: [email protected]. To activate a ticket, it is necessary to contact Customer Service once again
• Starting March 19., bus and tram lines to hospitals will shuttle more often 
• Information boards are located in front of Resident Service Centres
• On www.wroclaw.pl and the City’s Facebook profile Wroclaw [Wroclove], chatbot has been introduced
• Playgrounds and outdoor gyms will not be closed, but please do not use them
• Barbecuing in parks is forbidden
• The Municipal Library offers access to the book base for free, starting on Friday, March 20.

Most of cases addressed to the Municipality Office can be completed online via ePUAP platform

• Submitting an application to get an ID or a driving licence
• Check-in for permanent or temporary residence
• Registration of business activity (individual entrepreneurship)
