The organisers are seeking persons who are from 18 to 28 years of age, speak languages, like challenges, are creative and know how to work against the clock. You can register or send your enquiries about the rules for volunteers at [email protected].
While the qualifiers will be held from 14–15 February, the main tournament starts at 16. February and will conclude on 22. February. It is now known that the event will feature Łukasz Kubot, Michał Przysiężny and Michael Berrer, a German contestant who defeated Rafael Nadal in the latest edition of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open in Doha.
A total of 32 players will take part in singles. The list of twenty-two best ATP-ranked contestants will be complemented with four contestants who are holding wild cards (WC), four contestants to emerge from the qualifiers (Q) and two contestants with special exempts (SE) granted by the ATP.
