Wrocław EcoMarket

EcoMarket (EkoBazar) is a new initiative that allows buying directly from farmers and sellers of certified organic foods: whole wheat or gluten-free bread, seasonal vegetables and fruits, juices, milk and organic specialties, pickles, health dairy products, organic meat, fish and meats, olive oil, honey, coffee and tea, pastries, delicious desserts and many more. On Saturday, September 17, an event is scheduled, "Baking proziaki on EkoBazar." This delicacy from the Podkarpacie region can be found at the stand EKO Kieltyk Bakery, where these fragrant rolls will be baked for the first half of the day (until approx. 12-1 pm).

Avant Art Festival 2016

The program includes as many as 12 projects performed by 17 Japanese artists. This year's program aims to familiarize the audience with the phenomenons of Japan. The concerts will be accompanied by film screenings, performances and theatre shows - a presentation of the most representative, interesting and new phenomena, as well as artist performances on the experimental music stage.Nowe Horyzonty cinema will host the Japanese edition of the Avant Art Film.

Conference Cleantech Revolution Tour

It is part of a series of the Cleantech Revolution Tour symposia, which are to raise awareness about the benefits of using renewable energy, especially solar, and the current revolution in the automotive market. The upcoming event offers selected clothing and accessories, often at special promotional prices. For the little ones there will be a lot of proposals of spring dresses, blouses, pants and coats, as well as handmade toys.

DOFA 2016 - Dolnośląski Festiwal Architektury (Lower Silesia Architecture Festival)

The programme includes exhibitions, debates, seminars, visiting interesting sites in Wroclaw and cities of Lower Silesia, as well as concerts. The year-round special edition of the festival, DoFA'16, will be entitled "Space for Beauty," consistent with the idea of Wroclaw as the European Capital of Culture 2016. 12. International Short Story Festival

Festival "Pax Et Bonum Per Musicam"

Saturday, October 8, 5 pm Concert of the Mudéjar Ensemble from Spain, auditorium of the WCK, ul. Wystawowa 1
Spanish chamber ensemble Mudéjar is made up of experts in thirteen - sixteen century Sephardic music. The members play on their own reconstructions of instruments that haven't survived to this day in their original versions. The soul of the formation is multi-talented instrumentalist and vocalist, Begoña Olavide. The concert will be the culmination of the interreligious meeting "Assisi in Wrocław" during which a message peace to the nations will be put together by representatives of different faiths.

Dead Letter Circus

The first and only club concert in Poland of the Australian prog-rock revelation - Dead Letter Circus. The crew from Brisbane will arrive in the Wroclaw Club Firlej on Oct. 8 to promote their latest album "Aesthesis." The Australians' support will be Disperse - a band hailed a Polish progressive music scene revelation, which has rapidly become recognizable in foreign markets. Tickets from 39 PLN to 49 PLN.

Dance Party in Nadodrze Vol. 4

On Saturday, the dance in the light of lanterns will be accompanied by hits played from vinyl records, and the event again will yet again be hosted by the famous Nadodrze MC, Wojciech Mach.Free admission.

L.U.C and REBEL BABEL ENSEMBLE in Stary Klasztor

L.U.C will perform with the experimental Big Band REBEL BABEL ENSEMBLE, who draw from hip-hop-folk scores performed by various local brass bands during the following concerts and performances across Europe. The core of the innovative project is the winner of many cultural awards, L.U.C., together with the Danish performer and composer Jan Feat, who is responsible for the orchestra compositions.

Ball and folk dance in Salonik

WroBal and Bal Folk Poznan welcome to yet another ball-folk dance party with live music! It will feature French, Swedish, Portuguese and Polish dances in pairs, in a circle or a promenade. Balkan Night Fever in Stara Piwnica

The first event in Poland, which travels through Poland like a gypsy camp with music. The concert is guaranteed by the most explosive Balkan ensemble, Bubliczki, with their new material from the album Turbofolk, as well as the pioneer of Balkan beats in Poland, Warsaw Balkan Madness. "The Assimetrical Lady": Exhibition of works by Witkacy

Exceptional pastels, photographs, fragments of letters of Witkiewicz, as well as complementary lectures, performances and film screenings - the organizers have prepared a series of events accompanying the exhibition, in the form of lectures, performances and film screenings. The exhibition will run for almost three months - from 6 August to 30 October.

Masterpieces from Berlin at the Royal Palace

An exhibition presenting the collection of Joachim Wagener at the Royal Palace in Wroclaw is a special event, as the National Gallery in Berlin rarely leases its paintings abroad. However, Wroclaw will host as many as 67 works, selected from the entire collection. With this exhibition, the Polish audience will be able to see the nineteenth century European paintings, as demonstrated by a part of the collection considered one of the most important in the world for this period in art. Among the works presented in Wroclaw are paintings by, e.g.: Karl Friedrich Schinkel, Gustav Grunewald, Peter von Cornelius, Theodor Gudin, Domenico Quaglio, Givanni Migliar and many others. Pumpkin Festival in the Botanical Garden

This is the thirteenth Lower Silesia Pumpkin Festival in the Wroclaw Botanical Garden. The programme includes, e.g. announcing the results of the competition for the largest pumpkin and the strangest pumpkin (2 pm), plein-air "Pumpkin cats," organized jointly with the Copernicus Youth Culture Centre (MDK), a pumpkin disguise contest for children on the main stage, a song and dance performance, musical activities (hosted by MDK Srodmiescie), awarding the prize for the tastiest pumpkin.

Football tournament against racism and a neighbourhood picnic

The tournament will be attended by teams of, e.g. Google, Hewlett Packard, Crk, Błotniaki, No Mercy, KS Piłkarze, Cukunft, Kielecka and Tratwa. The competition, however, is just an excuse to get together. The tournament will include matches, a picnic area and concerts.

18.00 - CONCERTS - after the end of the tournament there will be a concert of the Polish Beatbox Champion ZGAS and rapper Ńeme.

Autumn Meeting at Partynice

Eight races will take place on Sunday as part of the Autumn Meeting. We will see three trotter races (distances: 1900, 2400, 2400 m), four for Arabians and one for thoroughbreds, at a distance of 1,200 meters. The event starts at 12.15, and obviously, admission to the races is free. Apart from racing excitement, the youngest enthusiasts can traditionally expect pony rides by Wyższa Szkółka Jazdy - a riding school at Partynice, and other attractions.

Festival "Pax Et Bonum Per Musicam"

The last concert will feature the première of the Ubi Caritas Symphony, a work by John Henry Botor composed for three choirs, a small symphony orchestra, organ and shofar for the Music Meeting of Cultures.

Romantic Sounds at the Museum of Pan Tadeusz

Salon Dźwięków Romantycznych (Romantic Sounds Salon) is a series of chamber concerts in the Museum of Pan Tadeusz, performed by young artists. Each month, we will hear a different instrument.

Osiecka Jazz Style in Stary Klasztor

Osiecka Jazz Style is a musical project by a known Wroclaw musician, Krzysztof Żesławski, who cooperates with ensembles Tax Free and Wolna Grupa Bukowina. He also invited the cooperation of the charismatic singer Natalia Lubrano.

The cycle MORE: DANCE MORE

As part of the cycle MORE, a tour is organized, during which clubs present popular artists in an original DJ rendition. The first artist to perform will be Paulina Przybysz, known for such compositions and incarnations as Sistars, Pinnawela, Rita Pax, Archeo, Minimal.
