Lower Silesia Frederic Chopin Society once again welcomes to concerts featuring the best students of Wroclaw music schools: winners of festivals, competitions as well as national and international tournaments.
Wroclaw Jazz Quartet "Tribute to Chet Baker"
7 p.m., Mleczarnia, ul. Włodkowica 5, tickets 15/20 PLN
The leader of the quartet is an outstanding Polish trumpeter - Dominik Gawroński. The concert's programme is inspired with interpretations of jazz standards of the legendary trumpeter Chet Baker. We will hear, among others, songs like "Line for lions", "The best thing for you" or "Tangerine". There will also be the extremely popular composition "My Funny Valentine".
