Family Month: Mother's Day at Wyspa Słodowa
May 29, 1 - 6 pm, free admission
The programme includes, e.g. painting pictures of mums on cardboard silhouettes. Sports activities will be held from the stage and at the stands: healthy spine, Pilates and yoga. During the event, you can also take part in family kung-fu workshops and play squash. The activities will be complemented by dietary consultations and tests: body measurements and composition, sugar tests, BMI, body fat and pressure, posture analysis and osteopathic tests.
