Inhabitant Service Centres will work shorter. Opening hours
The city authorities decided to reduce the opening hours of inhabitant service centres of the Wroclaw City Office in three locations:
- at ul. Zapolskiej 4,
- at Plac Nowy Targ,
- at ul. Bogusławskiego 10.
From 3rd October, the above mentioned points will serve customers from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. This refers to the following formalities:
- vehicle registration,
- driving licence,
- ID cards,
- registrations of residence,
- assignment of a PESEL number,
- business activity.
Savings without redundancies
This change is a form of saving caused by the announced increase of the electricity price for local governments. Arkadiusz Filipowski from the Wroclaw City Office assures that the change will not affect the efficiency of the customer service points. In spite of the shorter working time of three service centres, all inhabitants will arrange their matters effectively.

Official matters can also be arranged in two other inhabitant service centres:
- at Al. Kromera 44 from 8:00 a.m. till 3:15 p.m.
- at ul. Hubska 8-16 during the same hours.
