Three potential contractors qualified to the second stage in the proceedings to select the investor that will redevelop the Wroclaw Swiebodzki Railway Station area. It is down to the owner of the property, PKP S.A. to select their business partner to complete the investment at the turn of 2014 and 2015.
The investment at the Wroclaw Swiebodzki Railway Station is one of several development projects carried out by PKP S.A. The company is planning to convert the area into a commercial for commercial purposes and to regenerate the historic railway station facilities. The project will we carried out following the design provided by the investor selected in the proceedings. As part of the plan, railway traffic will also return to the station.
"The investment at the Wroclaw Swiebodzki Railway Station will contribute to the urban regeneration process in the area," says Jarosław Bator, Property Managing Director at PKP S.A. "We seek to integrate commercial facilities in the existing and historic urban fabric. We want to create a place that Wroclaw will be truly proud of.
The project aims to regenerate 28 hectares of land within Wroclaw's Old Town, one kilometre away from the Main Market Square.
The following candidates qualified to the second stage in the proceedings to select the future investor: Archicom Sp. z o.o., the Consortium of Anguloa Trading Limited, TriGranit Development Polska Sp. z o.o., and the Consortium of HB Reavis Poland Sp. z o.o. and Polcom Investment XII Sp. z o.o..
