The electronic recruitment system prepared for inhabitants will be available at: rekrutacje.edu.wroclaw.pl on the start date of recruitment for primary schools.
Kindergartens
Recruitment for kindergartens and kindergarten units in primary schools will start on 20th March. Recruitment for pre-school grade units will take place according to the same rules as in the case of recruitment for kindergartens.
Parents must submit their applications by 26th March 2019. Within the same time-limit, parents must submit a recruitment application downloaded from the recruitment system to the kindergarten of 1st choice. They may choose maximum 3 kindergartens.
Recruitment for vacant places covers children born in the years 2013-2016 who live in Wroclaw. The number of places for each age group is determined by the headmaster of the kindergarten.
On 26th April 2019, lists of candidates qualified and not qualified for kindergartens and kindergarten units in primary schools will be published, and on 8th May 2019 a list of children admitted to educational institutions will be published. At this moment, the 1st stage of recruitment will be finished.
The supplementary procedure for kindergartens and kindergarten units in primary schools that will have vacant places will also take place with the use of an IT system according to the same rules.
From 12th June till 13th June 2019, parents will submit a recruitment application downloaded and supplemented from the recruitment system to the kindergarten of 1st choice.
On 19th June 2019, lists of candidates qualified and not qualified for kindergartens and kindergarten units in primary schools will be published, and on 26th June 2019 a list of admitted children will be published.
The order of electronic registrations is not important. It is important to register the child in the recruitment system and submit required documents to the educational institution of 1st choice on the days of 20th-26th March 2019.

Primary schools
On 12th March 2019, electronic recruitment for primary schools will start. Parents must submit applications by 18th March 2019. After that date, the electronic system will be inactive.
Within the same time-limit, parents must submit a printed recruitment request form or recruitment application along with required attachments to the primary school of 1st choice.
The recruitment procedure covers children living in Wroclaw who were born in:
- 2012 – as 7-year-olds,
- 2013 – as 6-year-olds – if they received kindergarten education in the school year 2018-2019 or have an opinion issued by a psychological & pedagogical counselling centre about eligibility for primary school education.
Parents may choose maximum 3 schools.
On 29th March 2019, lists of candidates qualified and not qualified for primary schools will be published. From 5th till 8th April 2019, supplementary recruitment for 1st grades in public primary schools where vacant places are still available will start. This stage will not involve electronic tools.
