Within the new edition of the campaign, six partners have made their offer available in the form of coupons so far:
- Aquapark – two-hour entrance to the recreation zone for an adult,
- Wroclaw Zoo – a full-price ticket for an adult,
- Hydropolis – a full-price ticket for an adult,
- WKS Śląsk Wrocław – a football match ticket for an adult (family sector),
- Centennial Hall – a visitor center sightseeing tour for an adult,
- Orbita swimming pool – one-hour entrance for an adult.
In order to take part in the ‘Our Wroclaw: free entrances’ campaign, you need to have an active account in the system that is not assigned to the parent account, so the discount offer is available only to adults.
Our Wroclaw program
Free entrances to six Wroclaw attractions and discounts in almost 60 places in the city: restaurants, cafés, selected shops, etc. Everything is available to Wroclaw inhabitants who pay taxes here and will install the Our Wroclaw application. Only in 2020 have over 80,000 Wroclaw inhabitants taken advantage of the Our Wroclaw program.

The current epidemiological situation and applicable legal provisions resulted in the temporary suspension of some attractions that have to remain closed. However, as soon as they can be reopened, they will be at the disposal of all participants of the ‘Our Wroclaw’ program. The Wroclaw ZOO with the Africarium is open to visitors already now. Free entrances can be used for the whole year.
Setting up an account is free of charge and lasts a few minutes.
All you need to do is download ‘Our Wroclaw’ to your smartphone and supplement your data. They include the phone number and the Polish Resident Identification Number (PESEL). The registration process takes a few minutes. You can set up an account even in a queue to the ticket counter of the attraction you want to use, and verification will take place in a contactless manner. Persons who are not willing to use a smartphone may apply for a traditional Our Wroclaw card. It is only necessary to visit the Taxpayer Service Centre at ul. Kotlarska 41, which is open from Monday till Friday from 7:45 a.m. till 3:45 p.m.
Discounts in the Our Wroclaw program are also available to teenagers. It is enough for a parent to register in the program and set up an account for his/her child who is at least 13 years old. This will entitle the child to receive discounts, too. The youngest children will be entitled to discounts only in the presence of their parent.
Public transport tickets at an steady price from 1st January
In addition, everyone who participates in Our Wroclaw and settles his income tax in Wroclaw will be entitled to buy season tickets for public transport at an unchanged price from 1st January. Please remember that seniors who are at least 67 years’ old and students who are not 21 years’ old yet are entitled to travel around Wroclaw for free.
