The celebration of the anniversary will begin with a religious service in St. Elizabeth’s Church in Wroclaw on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Later, a ceremonial military assembly will take place in St. Elizabeth’s Church at noon. The program of the event includes a concert of the Representative Orchestra of Air Forces in Poznań conducted by Major Paweł Joks and a grand muster show to be performed by the Representative Company of Air Forces from Dęblin.
The flight of F16 planes over the Wroclaw Market Square will be a real treat for aviation fans. "The fighters are due to appear over the city centre exactly at 12:05 p.m. They will fly from the north and will move towards the south,” says Captain Tomasz Słotwiński, the spokesman for the 3rd Radio Engineering Brigade. The planes will fly only 300 metres above the ground.
An exhibition of military equipment will be presented at the Wroclaw Market Square.
