The application of the Wroclaw airport using artificial intelligence searches for flights, sends flight status notifications, finds a means of transport or a parking place and suggests where you can do some shopping or drink a cup of coffee at the airport. It knows answers to a few hundred questions and still learns new ones.
In order to communicate with the chatbot in Polish or English, just enter “Port Lotniczy Wrocław” or “Wroclaw Airport” in Messenger. The Wroclaw Airport is the first airport in Poland that has introduced this innovation.
All you need is Messenger
In order to use the chatbot, you just need to have the Messenger application. When you enter: “Port Lotniczy Wrocław”, the friendly avatar of the airport will greet you. What can the chatbot do? It sends useful notifications about the status of your flight. When going to the airport, you will receive real-time information when check-in or boarding starts or when the gate becomes closed. After your arrival, the chatbot suggests, e.g., from which carousel you can collect your baggage. It will also tell you how to arrive at the airport and will help you find a parking place there. It can serve as an excellent virtual guide to the airport: you can ask it about shops, restaurants, cafés or zones for families with children. The chatbot will help you to find the most convenient flights and cheapest ticket prices and to book a flight.
