Changes in tram and bus routes from 9th January – Mosty Pomorskie

On 9th January, another stage of the rebuilding of Mosty Pomorskie will start (works in the area of the intersection with ul. Grodzka). Tram lines 0L, 0P, 6, 7, 14 and 24 will change their routes. The works will last around 2-3 months.

Tram lines 0L and 0P

Lines 0L and 0P will be suspended and replaced with tram line 70, which will run in both directions on the Osobowice – Plac Staszica – Dworzec Nadodrze [Nadodrze Railway Station] - Nowowiejska - Plac Grunwaldzki - Plac Wróblewskiego - Pułaskiego - Dworzec Główny PKP [Main Railway Station] – Ślężna – Park Południowy route.

Tram lines 6 and 7

6 runs to the Krzyki terminus on a detour route from Plac Bema through Mosty Młyńskie, Hala Targowa [Market Hall], Plac Dominikański, ul. Skargi and ul. Teatralna to ul. Świdnicka.

7 runs towards Kleciny on a detour route from ul. Drobnera through ul. Dubois, Most Mieszczański, ul. Jagiełły, Most Sikorskiego, Plac Jana Pawła II and uL Ruska to ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego, skipping the Uniwersytet Wrocławski [University of Wroclaw] stop.

In the reverse direction, 6 and 7 run without change through ul. Szewska.

Tram lines 14 and 24

14 and 24 are suspended and replaced with periodic tram line 74 in both directions on the Krzyki – Powstańców Śląskich – Hallera – Grabiszyńska – Plac Legionów – Plac Orląt Lwowskich – Plac Jana Pawła II – Dubois – Pomorska – Plac Staszica – Osobowice route.

Season tickets

Passengers having a ticket for a given season line may travel:

all lines on the route of the line indicated on the ticket before the renovation;
all lines on the route of the line indicated on the ticket that operates on a detour route during the renovation.

In addition, they are allowed to travel without extra fees with a ticket for line 0:

tram line 70 on the Dworzec Główny [Main Railway Station] – Plac Staszica – Dworzec Główny section;
tram line 15 on the Dworzec Autobusowy [Central Bus Station] – Plac Staszica – Dworzec Autobusowy section.
bus line K on the Dworzec Główny [Main Railway Station] – Plac Staszica – Dworzec Główny section.

Passengers having a season ticket for tram line 14 or 24 will be allowed to travel without any surcharges:
