Beata Śniechowska – A cook with a PhD

Beata Śniechowska is the chef of Wroclaw restaurants Młoda Polska and Bistro Baba.

TVN viewers remember her as the winner of the second edition of MasterChef in 2013, and she is known to readers as the author of three cookery books – Tastes of Dreams, Delicious Mornings and Tomato. At the Wroclaw University of Technology, she completed three fields of study and obtained a PhD degree.

In an interview to Twój Styl, Beata Śniechowska admits that settling down and becoming mentally old is inadmissible in her business.

‘We travel around the world not just to dine in a trendy or pretty place. I have done a few practices abroad myself. Just in order to learn, to be inspired by the best. At a certain level, it is all about nuances, but they make the difference. The constant need to develop and move is very important,’ she said in an interview to Agnieszka Maciaszek.
