Plac Goethego - the heart of Huby - stage I [WBO. 2023]

The revitalisation of the square at the intersection of Gajowa/Przestrzenna/Tomaszowska Streets by replacing/installing elements of small urban architecture: benches and rubbish bins. The existing children's playground will be expanded by adding new features, e.g., a slide, swing and baton. Due to the location of the playground among old trees, the project details will be discussed with the designer during the implementation of the project. The fence will be replaced with one that will protect the area against animals entering and polluting the playground. An area lighting project will be prepared. The area will be lit in the second stage of revitalisation. Planting greenery, i.e., trees and shrubs, will take place in the case of available funds in the first stage; if the funds are used, the planting will be carried out as the second stage of the investment.
It is vital that the project, due to its local location, is implemented as a housing estate project. If the planned budget is exceeded, the elements to be implemented will be quantitatively reduced in such a way as to be within the planned budget, and their implementation will be moved to the next stage.
