Come and plant a tree in the Tysiąclecia Park

Autumn is the perfect time for planting trees. Taking this opportunity, the organizers invite all citizens to the emerging Millennium Park in Nowy Dwor, where they will have the opportunity to plant more than 400 trees (beech, oak, spruce, pine, rowan) in a cluster. Plenty of attractions and sports and recreational activities.

The new permanent exhibition at the Centennial Hall: Panorama of Lviv

In a specially arranged space of the Centennial Hall, an unusual installation was created. Its main component is a spatial model of the eighteenth-century Lviv, built with great attention to detail by architect and historian Janusz Witwicki. The exhibition is accompanied by a modern, multimedia setting that draws visitors closer to both the person of the author and the dramatic post-war fate of the historic model of the city.

Lego exhibition at Wroclaw Stadium

The exhibits present the characters, places, and events known from stories and films, as well as historical scenes and the most famous architectural structures - both historic and contemporary. More information is available here.

13th Wroclaw Festival of Board Games Gratislavia

Gratislavia is two days full of board game attractions. The rental will offer more than 300 titles, new products will be available on the stands of publishers, as will be contests and tournaments prepared by the sponsors.

Health under control - campaign of the students of medicine

This time, the health of residents of the capital of Lower Silesia will be taken care of by the students affiliated with the International Medical Students Association IFMSA-Poland. During the 'Health under control' campaign, they will try to make the visitors aware of the importance of regular check-ups. Free spirometry and free tests of blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol are just some of the checkups available at nine different stands.

Free outdoor training with a personal trainer

'Active in the outdoors throughout the year' is the motto of the newly launched free meetings with trainers in outdoor gyms of Grabiszyński and Skowroni Park. The classes will be run by a professional trainer who will demonstrate how to properly use the equipment available in the outdoor gyms, check the accuracy of exercises and adjust their frequency to the individual needs of the participants.

The permanent installation creates a three-dimensional illusion of movement, crushing and deforming of elements inside the building, while stressing the beauty of its raw aesthetic. Everything is synchronized with original electronic music track. The distinctive feature during the video mapping show is the red light, shimmering in the heart of the dome.

Versatile chamber music - Leopoldinum in the NFM

The programme of the November concert of the Leopoldinum orchestra combines different eras, different countries and different styles. It will take the audience from the eighteenth-century Mozart's Austria straight into the twentieth century. First, it will make the audience acquainted with the work of Eric Zeisl, only to then trace two compositions by Britten to the British Isles. The closing will be 'Euro,' a composition by Mieczyslaw Weinberg, who worked at the junction of Polish, Jewish and Russian cultures.

The idea of this project is to perform in the acoustic form (piano, two acoustic guitars and vocals) songs that have never been promoted, and which have enormous artistic potential. Edyta Bartosiewicz Acoustic Trio: Edyta Bartosiewicz (vocals), Maciej Gładysz (guitar), Romuald Kunikowski (piano) will play the less known numbers, such as: 'Zanim coś...', 'Mistrz,' 'Dziecko', etc.

Romantic Concert at the Old City Hall

Red Bull Winning football tournament

Red Bull Winning 5 is a street football tournament, in which five-person teams compete. Every player is competing not only for the victory of his team, but also about staying in the game themselves. The rules are that after every goal, one person on the opposing team is eliminated. Registration is required, the number of teams taking part in the event is limited. Neon Gallery Vol. 2 - a new edition on the first birthday

On November 14, 2015 the backyard at ul. Ruska 46 in Wrocław was lit up by the eleven restored historic neon signs from the collection of the foundation Neon Side Wroclaw. Exactly after a year, on its first birthday, the Neon Gallery welcomes to the opening of a new part of the exhibition. It will include the following eleven historical neons, including sentimental light signs of the old cinemas: Dworcowe, Ognisko and Warszawa.

November 15 is the World Day of Remembrance for Victims of Road Accidents. On this day, a safe driving zone will be established in Pasaz Grunwaldzki, by the initiative of the Votum Foundation. The programme includes rollover and safe driving 5D simulators, as well as a trainer testing the responsiveness of the driver.
