When I have valid 30-minute discount tickets, may I use them after New Year’s Day, too?

Yes. Tickets may be used upon payment of the surcharge fee in such amount that the total price of tickets is equal to the value of the time ticket in the new tariff.

I have a stock of one-time tickets at the price of 3.40 PLN. What should I do to use them?

In order to use your one-time tickets for all lines, you must pay a surcharge fee of 1.20 PLN. This surcharge will be available in points of sale and in ticket vending machines upon choosing the "dopłata" (surcharge) option.

I have a 4-month semester ticket for all lines that is valid till 23rd February 2021. Do I have to pay a surcharge fee in order to use it?

No, you do not have to pay any surcharge. A season ticket purchased in 2020 is valid for the period stated on the ticket.

Is a 365-day ticket valid for the whole calendar year, i.e., from 1st January till 31st December 2021? May I buy it at any time and use it for a period of one year?

A 365-day name ticket may be bought at any time. It entitles the person identified on the ticket to travel by all line types for 365 calendar days counted successively from the day stated on the ticket. If it was bought on the first day of its validity, it is valid from the time of its purchase.

May a person entitled to discount travels use his/her full-price one-time ticket for 3.40 PLN with transfers for a time shorter than 30 minutes from 1st January 2021?

 No. One-time and time tickets are different types of tickets and using them alternately is not allowed. In order to use his/her one-time ticket for all lines with the price of 3.40 PLN, a person entitled to discount travels may use this ticket without surcharge.

When a group ticket for up to 15 persons is used, is it possible to travel by express bus, too?

Yes, it is. A group ticket entitles not more than 15 persons to take an unlimited number of rides on all line types for up to 30 minutes counted from the time of punching the ticket or to travel by the vehicle in which the ticket was punched on a one-off basis, but not longer than until the vehicle reaches the terminus for the relevant line or the last stop before going into the depot.

On 2nd February 2021, I will turn 66. Am I already allowed to travel by public transport for free pursuant to the regulations valid from 1st January 2021?

From 2021, persons who are at least 66 years’ old (from their 66th birthday, not according to the year) are allowed to travel by all means of public transport for free. In such a situation, you will be entitled to travel for free from 2nd February 2021.

I am a transplant donor – what entitles me to travel for free?

A valid Transplant Donor card or a valid Distinguished Transplant Donor card.

The fee tariff includes two types of name tickets: name tickets and Our Wroclaw name tickets. Who is allowed to buy tickets at the Our Wroclaw lower price?

Our Wroclaw name tickets are available to persons living in Wroclaw and settling personal income tax in the tax office of relevant territorial jurisdiction in Wroclaw who have an active status in the Our Wroclaw program.

My grandson living in a different place is going to visit me; he is a fifth-grade primary school pupil. Does he have to punch discount tickets?

No. Primary school pupils and post-primary school and secondary school students are exempt from travel fees for means of public transport. When travelling by public transport, a pupil/student is required to have a valid school ID card.

I am a moderately disabled person; am I entitled to discount tickets for public transport?

Deaf and deaf-mute persons with a moderate degree of disability and blind or visually impaired person with a severe or moderate degree of disability and their guides are entitled to travel for free on all line types.
