The Five Towers of Wrocław are also the city's major vantage points. The competition to promote the cityscape of Wrocław from a variety of angles and perspectives is organised by the Wrocław Enthusiasts' Society, who came up with the idea three years ago. To date, 169 people have climbed the Five Towers of Wrocław. Another 300 hundred people are in the process of completing the challenge.
"Climb the Five Towers of Wrocław to receive a commemorative badge and the title of "Fiver Towers' Conqueror". However, the competition is all about having fun, promoting the cityscape of Wrocław and exploring the city's history," President of the Wrocław Enthusiasts' Society Zbigniew Magdziarz.
The five vantage points have a total elevation difference of 470 metres. With only 42 metres in height, the Mathematical Tower is the lowest in the ranking, the 200-metre-tall Sky Tower being the largest elevation to climb.
