- night fare - applies to rides from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. This rate also includes Sundays, holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
The Wroclaw City Council in 2022 increased the maximum fare rate for Wroclaw cabs for the first time in almost 20 years. From 2004 to 2021, the rate was PLN 6, while from 2022 it will be PLN 9. Of course, each company offering cab rides in Wroclaw sets its own amounts, while they cannot exceed precisely these 9 zlotys per kilometer.

The elements that a cab must be equipped with are for sure: an electronic taximeter (odometer and fare meter). The City Hall in Wroclaw clearly defines what the markings on cabs are to look like.
Every cab in Wroclaw must have legible, indelible letters on both sides of the front doors of the car with the number of the car and the word WROCŁAW. The Wrocław City Hall also determines the size and design of the lettering. Additional informations that should be on every Wroclaw cab are:
- the rate per 1 km of travel,
- the authority with which to handle complaints and requests for transportation,
- applicable rules and regulations for passenger inspection.
