Wrocław Research Centre EIT+ (Wrocławskie Centrum Badań EIT+) and the association Climate-KIC are seeking candidates for participation in the fifth edition of the programme Pioneers into Practice 2014.
PiP is a series of training events and workshops organized in Poland and other countries intended for those interested or professionally involved in initiatives linked with climate, power generation and climatic changes. Participation in the programme is open to researchers, entrepreneurs, municipal officials and staff at research institutions. Its goal is the preparation of a group of specialists engaged in action for climate, working at higher educational institutions, private firms and offices, or engaged politically and socially.
Training within the Pioneers into Practice programme is conducted at centres in the West Midlands (Great Britain), Valencia (Spain), Emilia-Romagna (Italy), Hesse (Germany), Lower Silesia (Poland) and Central Hungary (Hungary). Costs of travel and participation in the workshops, up to EUR 8,000, are covered by the organizers.
Participating in the fourth edition of PiP were 180 people from across Europe.
