The goal of the program is to reduce disadvantages coming from the current situation. This applies to, a.o. entrepreneurs included in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of March 13, 2020. These are:
- restaurant owners, where food is consumed on-site,
- organizers of exhibitions, congresses or conferences,
- entrepreneurs conducting activities related to the collective form of culture, entertainment and film projection
- entrepreneurs conducting sports activities
- collective form of culture running holiday and other short-stay accommodation
- retailers (clothing, textiles, footwear, furniture, lighting equipment, electronics and household appliances as well as stationery),
- other entities not included in the Regulation, including owners of hair and beauty salons, florists.
What can them apply for?
- deferred payment between 3 and 6 months,
- payment in instalments, when determining the number and amount of instalments (max. until the end of 2020),
- cancellation of extension fee (interest on rescheduled amounts).
What documents should be submitted?
- report for the last 3 turnover years,
- documents showing reduction of financial liquidity,
- assets declaration (for natural person conducting an economic activity),
- documents that constitute the basis for application to the program in relations to receivables of a civil law nature (e.g. perpetual usufruct, lease, rental).
The documents should be sent via EPUAP, to the e-mail [email protected] or by registered letter. They should not be delivered personally to the Municipality Office!
In addition:
- Purchase or sale can by declare without visiting the Office, by sending information via PUAP or by post.
