Tom Shattuck has 17 years of experience with IBM and the many shifts and changes in business strategies. He has broad expertise across integrated service delivery, business program management and customer relationship management.

Over the past 6 years, Tom has gained a deep understanding of business optimization – engaging with both client accounts and operations delivery organizations to coordinate and accelerate their service improvement programs.
