Workshop introduction to the specifics of project management with the changing environment. Students will be divided in groups of five people. Each of the group will receive a description of the game rules and their particular role to play. They will act as a team members having different experiences, characters, priorities and goals. Their task will be to prepare a project within a particular time frame and conditions like limitation factors, risks and challenges. The project presentation will contain Vision Box and Management Summary so as to prepare the ground for a decision whether we should carry out the project or not.
In order to energize you we will open with short Laugh@work session - an Ice breaker presenting the power of smiling and laughing at work, that corresponds with our culture’s leading idea of reinventing - this method could be a unique way of creating powerful community, enhancing satisfaction at work and encouraging “out of the box” thinking.
