It is Wroclaw's ambition to create the first events Arena of an international standard in Poland for 12.000 - 15.000 spectators. The remaining part of the site can be freely developed according to the Investor's wishes.
The City of Wroclaw is seeking to establish an investment partnership, with the municipal contribution in the form of the property. The investor is expected to provide the financing of approximately 30 million USD.
Municipal authorities offer the remaining 14 ha around the Arena to be developed by the Investor.
The City will contribute 18 million USD to upgrade the roads serving the Centre.
The City guaranties full support of all municipal institutions and bodies to facilitate preparation and implementation of the project.
Wroclaw has been rated at BBB by Standard & Poor's agency.
